At The Table we believe in serving our guests outstanding food without formality and fuss in a friendly atmosphere. We dedicate ourselves to one sitting per evening to ensure our guests receive the highest quality service experience.
Guests will take their seat at The Table overlooking an open-plan kitchen so they can watch each course being prepared and cooked to perfection. Guests will be able to interact with our chefs and ask questions while each dish on the seven-course set menu is brought to life for their culinary delight.

The Table focuses on European cooking with some influence from further afield and an obvious Scottish leaning. In addition to introducing some original flavour combinations and textures, we use modern cooking techniques to elevate well known classic dishes.
Our produce is carefully selected and procured from Scotland’s best suppliers, ensuring the highest quality of ingredients for our guests.

The Table is located on Dundas Street, in the heart of Edinburgh’s cosmopolitan and cultural city centre. The Table’s elegant and sophisticated space has been designed by renowned Scottish interior designer Fiona Denholm to give a stylish and elegant backdrop to any occasion.
The centrepiece is a fantastic stone counter that comfortably sits 10 people in front of an open-plan kitchen. Guests will dine in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, sharing the enjoyment and excitement of sampling some of Scotland’s best dishes.
